LEATHER CARE

Leather is a natural product and each hide is unique. Marks or veins are natural features and should not be considered imperfections. Instead, they give the leather a unique identity, which enhances its natural beauty and characteristics.

 

The leather we use is vegetable tanned. This type of leather is sensitive to the lifestyle it leads. The texture will age with marks and the leather will develop a patina - process causing a change in colour over time. This is the unique process of this kind of leather, which will keep strong and supple for years to come. Each hide and product is checked for quality throughout the making process until each product leaves our studio.  

 

To keep the product looking its best, we suggest polishing regularly with a cleaning cloth using a circular motion. To prevent the leather from drying and cracking, leather protection cream can also be used up to three times per year. Please avoiding contact with water, grease, perfumes, and cosmetics in order to preserve the original quality of our products.
