Once you made an online purchase we will hold the date of your email address, phone number, and postal address. Your data will never be shared or sold outside of Gruyec London with third parties for marketing purposes. 

 

As a customer of GruecLondon, you have the right to request information about the personal data we hold on you at any time. You can contact us and we will provide you with your personal data via e-mail.

Anytime we process your personal data, by automated means based on your consent, you have the right to get a copy of your data transferred to you or to another party. This only includes the personal data you have submitted to us.

 

You have the right to object to direct marketing, including profiling analysis made for direct marketing purposes. You can opt out of direct marketing by following the instruction in each marketing email.

SHIPPING:

 

Stock items will be dispatched in 3-5 business days. Personalised products will be made to order whiting 10 days and dispatched up to 14 days at the latest. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any urgent requests. We will do our best to help out.

 

We offer free UK delivery for small goods. Parcels are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class which aims to deliver within 2-3 working days. Please contact us if you require express delivery (subject to additional charges).

Larger items such as sunglasses cases or handbags are subject to delivery charges, please see individual listing for the shipping prices. 

 

RETURNS:

 

We accept returns for the stock items whiting 14 days from the date of receiving. Kindly ensure that the returned item is unused and in its original condition.

To start the refund procedure, please contact us at gruyeclondon@gmail.com . We will send you the relevant details. 

 

Personalized and bespoke goods are exempt from being returned. However, customer satisfaction is our priority, thus we recommend you write to us at gruyeclondon@gmail.com and we would consider a partial refund. If a (partial) refund is approved, we will return funds on the same conditions we do with a regular refund

 

 The customer is responsible for paying for their shipping costs for returning the item. Purchase shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Refunds will be made directly to the buyer’s bank account or credit card within a maximum of 7 days from the date we receive returned goods. 

 

 TAXES AND DUTIES:

 

All prices are exclusive of tax and duties. Please note that you will be responsible for import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country if your order has been placed from outside the UK.
